Increment ........!!!!! Motivate ourself everyday .....

Today , all staff waiting for their salary increment. Increment 2 . So far , alhamdulillah den nyer gaji pon naik gak ar . Apa2 still hold the target . In working , u must have target . So, u know ho far u wil go and will motivate u . Bagi den , target 2 ada 2 jenis ;

a) LONG TERM TARGET - That mean u know what the final target u must reach and try to commit it step by step BUT in comfortable - no push and rush

b) SHORT TERM TARGET - For this target u need mus energy, thinks deeply and also push as u can to grab it . For this want, u must what is your MINIMUM TARGET and also MAXIMUM TARGET .

For MINIMUM TARGET, u must reach it and try not put big2 item and too hard to achieve. Just u need normal intention. Yet, the MAX is vice versa it needs more effort to achieve it. U need STRUGGLE, more FOCUS , and also PUSH2 UR SELF and the important one is STRATEGY .

As conclusion , for me right to be the MIDDLE for be EXCELLENT person because u still achieve the MINIMUM TARGET and also u can increase ur ability from time to time but PUSH also better at certain condition to increase our state drastically.
